Introducing the Claims Hub
At URIS Group, we are experienced in providing claims handling services to customers of our distribution and insurer partners across a range of product lines.
To register your claim during office hours, please contact us on the claims telephone number contained within your policy documentation, where one of our skilled Claims Advisors will discuss your claim with you and request any additional information to allow your claim to be assessed.
If you would like to report your claim outside of our office hours, you can register your claim using our online ‘Claims Hub’ system.
To access our ‘Claims Hub’ please click the below button, which will allow you to select the insurance product you wish to register your claim for and provide us with the required information to allow our team to make an initial assessment of the claim you are registering.

​​​Following your submission, once the claim has been assessed, one of our Claims Advisors will contact you to discuss your claim and confirm any additional information required to enable them to handle your claim in accordance with the applicable policy terms and conditions. They will also answer any questions you may have.
