We have an exciting opportunity within our newly established Claims function for experienced Claims Handlers who are looking  to grow their career and support our goal to provide the best Claims handling service within our industry.  
We expect to grow our Claims team significantly over the next few years and we are focused on developing our team from within. How you develop is up to you but we’ll make it our job to notice, nurture and support your ambitions and the scope to progress within our company is vast. There will be multiple opportunities to grow your skills and develop in the role with the ability to shape and influence how our Claims function works.

It is essential that you a bring with you a passion for supporting customers and delivering excellent service with ability to be empathetic and resilient.  You will need an eye for detail and willingness to embrace best practice and collaborate with your team. This role will be varied, dynamic and will require you to be proactive as you will be learning new systems and processes but you will be supported by an experienced Claims management team who will be looking to you to assist them in ensuring that the new Claims set up will provide our customers with the excellent service they expect.  
What we are looking for from you:
  • Claims handling background
  • Good IT skills with experience Microsoft excel & word
  • Excellent customer services skills & telephone manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Courage to challenge behaviours/attitudes
  • Strong organisational  skills
